Already time for my January book haul? I was going through my spreadsheet where I update all my books I buy and read throughout the year and my book haul for January is actually pretty small! Both in the print books that I bought and the e-books. And you guys know how much I love those e-book deals, but for some reason I just didn’t find too many throughout this month. Anyway, shall I get into little January book haul? You can check out a full list of the books that I own over here. Print Books:

Some Kind of Happiness by Claire Legrand
The Mask Falling by Samantha Shannon

Some Kind of Happiness was kind of like an impulse cover buy? I was scrolling through Pinterest as I usually do when I’m bored and want to pin all the things I will probably never do (haha) and I came across this book. I saw the cover and fell in love, so I decided to look it up on Goodreads to see what it was about. It sounded SO good and I had to have it. The Mask Falling is FINALLY here!! If you didn’t know, I LOVE The Bone Season series, so I had to of course buy the fourth book! I am currently rereading (audiobook reread this time around) the entire series, because it has been FOUR YEARS since the third book was released, so it’s been quite a while. I am having a lot of fun rereading the books though and I can’t wait to dive into this one once I finish. I have SO much love for this series. ❤

E-Books:

Until It Fades by K.A. Tucker
The Tattooist of Auschwitz by Heather Morris

How I managed to only get a couple e-books is beyond me, haha. I’ve been wanting to read more of K.A. Tucker’s books after reading The Simple Wild series, so I decided to get Until It Fades because it was on sale for I think $2.99. I’ve also been wanting to read The Tattooist of Auschwitz for a while now, so I decided to get that one too as it was on sale as well.

And just because my book haul is so small, I decided to show you my little bookmark haul as well! I couldn’t resist getting these three bookmarks this month. The crime scene tape and mushroom bookmarks are from Rustic Pages Co on Etsy and the Bernie meme one is from The Bookables on Etsy. I have quite a few bookmarks from both of these shops. I really love their Etsy shops.

If you want to see my bookmark collection, let me know! I have hundreds of them, so maybe I can do a post (or a series of posts) about them and where I got them from. I’ve been collecting them since I started this blog, which was six years ago! I don’t buy them as much as I used to, but I do get some from time to time.

My January wrap up post is coming soon, as well as my last post for my star ratings of the books I read in 2020. I got super distracted this weekend with doing house things that I didn’t really have time to work on those posts or blog hop, unfortunately; but I will this week for sure! I think I might come up with a set schedule for when I do blog things, that way it’s all worked out and I make time for my blog and you! ❤
