My book haul for April is pretty small. I somehow did not buy any books besides a couple of e-books! The only physical books that I got this month were two ARCs that were sent to me from publishers (one was a Goodreads giveaway win). Here are the books that I got this month. I am really excited for Faith Taking Flight (Goodreads giveaway win) and The Invention of Sophie Carter. They sound so good and I can’t wait to read them. They are being published in July, so hopefully I can read them soon and get a review up for you guys! 🙂

The Outsiders by S.E. Hinton
I Wish You All the Best by Mason Deaver
The Outsiders is one of my favorite books and while I do own a print copy, I wanted to get the e-book when I seen it on sale. Now I can carry it around with me everywhere. 😛 I reread it a lot, so money well spent. I plan to read it again in May. I’ve been wanting I Wish You All the Best so bad, so I was stoked to see it on sale as well.

I haven’t bought new books in ages. Need to fix that soon 😀 and also you have 555 physical books?!?!!!! I want to be like you when I grow up… 😀
Hopefully you can find some books worth buying soon, haha! It actually might be more than 555 since I need to update my pages haha. Maybe I’ll finally update them before May starts lol. I kind of wish I didn’t have so many, because so many are unread and I feel like I’ll never get to them and feel guilty getting more. 🤣🤣😭
Nah, having many unread books is AMAZING!!! So many to choose from, and even if you never read them, they look beautiful on the shelves ❤
Very true, haha. My old boss told me that at least I can say I have a library even if I haven’t read them haha.
It’s the first time I’ve heard about The Invention, but it looks SO good! 😍
I hadn’t heard of it either until the publisher sent it to me! It sounds so good though and I can’t wait to read it. 🙂

I actually hauled 6 books this month, which is way more than my usual! Most months I don’t purchase any books, but my lack of access to a library has caused an increase in my bookish spending. Thankfully, I’ve already read half of the books I bought, and enjoyed them!
Yeah, I can definitely see how lack of access to the library makes it so much easier to just buy more books. That’s great that you’ve read half of them already and enjoyed them! 🙂 I know I am super late to replying to your comment, but hopefully you read more of them.
