I haven’t been reading that much this week. I’ve been trying to catch up on my endless DVR of TV shows I have recorded instead. I’ve also been sucked back into my re-watch of 7th Heaven. Just like books, my TV show list is out of control right now too. I did read a little bit though.

Currently Reading:

When Dimple Met Rishi by Sandhya Menon

I am finally reading When Dimple Met Rishi! I am about 30% into it right now and I really like it. Hopefully I’ll find some time to read tonight, because it’s pretty cute so far and I’m interested to see what happens.

Recently Finished:

Lord of the Flies by William Golding

I bought your name. back in November and never got around to reading it. I finally read it and it was SO AMAZING. SO MANY FEELS. The hubby and I watched the movie over the weekend and it was just as amazing. He even loved it. I read Lord of the Flies back in high school, but it’s been a really long time since then. I couldn’t remember everything that happened, so I decided to listen to the audiobook. The audiobook is read by the author and he made the story so boring. He doesn’t change his voice for characters or really give any expression at all. So I was BORED. I still really like the story though, but as an audiobook, nope. I also read What to Say Next and The Raven King the previous week.

Reading Next:

Immortal Reign by Morgan Rhodes

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! I have been waiting too long for this. As soon as I finish Dimple, I am reading Immortal Reign. I am dying to see how this ends, but I am also kind of dreading it. BECAUSE THIS SERIOUS IS EVERYTHING and because Morgan Rhodes gives no fucks about killing characters. I’m nervous. I’m excited. I can’t wait! I also got these cute little Falling Kingdoms character bookmarks from Happy Hello on Etsy, so I’ve been putting it off until they got delivered to me, lol.
