Hi!
I’ve actually been flying through books this week, which is pretty exciting. I am just going to jump right into this WWW post. Here is what I’ve been reading over the last week or so.
Currently Reading:
The Dream Thieves by Maggie Stiefvater
A Taxonomy of Love by Rachael Allen
This year I am trying to focus on finishing some of the series that I’ve started and never finished. So I got back into the Raven Cycle series and currently listening to The Dream Thieves audiobook. I’m on the fence about it. It’s interesting, but I’m hoping it gets better. I’m a little over 30% into it right now. The first month or two of the year I want to also try to catch up with those ARCs that I haven’t been able to get to before the end of 2017, so I am also reading A Taxonomy of Love. This one was just released earlier this month. I’m almost finished with it (should be today). I have mixed feelings about it. I’m not sure if I love it or not, it’s weird. I’ll have a review at the end of the week.
Recently Finished:
The Cruel Prince by Holly Black
Tell Me Three Things by Julie Buxbaum
I was able to finish two books on Sunday, TWO! I was pretty stoked that I was able to finish both in one day. I had about 40 pages left of The Cruel Prince and then 40% of Tell Me Three Things once Sunday came around. I LOVED both books so much. The Cruel Prince was everything I hoped it would be and more. I’ll have my review linked at the end of this post if you want to check it out. Tell Me Three Things was a quick read, pretty fun, and cute. Both books got five stars from me!
Reading Next:

Before I Let Go by Marieke Nijkamp
The Crown’s Fate by Evelyn Skye
Blue Lily, Lily Blue by Maggie Stiefvater
I mentioned earlier in this post that I wanted to focus more on finishing series that I started, so I am also hoping to read The Crown’s Fate as well. Another one of my goal’s was to also binge read entire series instead of reading the first book or two and forgetting about them, so that’s why I am jumping right into Blue Lily, Lily Blue after The Dream Thieves. I also mentioned earlier in the post that I wanted to catch up on some leftover ARCs from 2017, so I am hoping to get to Before I Let Go too. It was released earlier this month. These are the books that I am hoping to read next. I do also have a couple more ARCs/review requests to get to in February and I should be clear of all ARCs from 2017!
What are you currently reading? Recently finished? Reading next? Have you read any of these books? Let me know and link me to your posts if you have one!

I am so excited to read The Cruel Prince!! Hopefully The Dream Thieves picks up for you. I really loved it. I need to read The Crown’s Fate still too haha.
The Dream Thieves is starting to get a little better. Took a break from it to finish Taxonomy of Love, but now I am listening to it again.
I haven’t read any of these. Enjoy! Here is my post: https://wordsandpeace.com/2018/01/17/www-wednesdays-january-17/

I’m so excited to read The Cruel Prince! I hope to get a copy of it soon! Here’s my WWW post https://www.boundtowriting.com/www-wednesday-january-17/
I hope you enjoy The Cruel Prince as much as I did! 🙂
Is the Cruel Prince the start of a series? I am intrigued, but not enough to jump into a series or read a book with a cliffhanger. I’m so glad you liked Tell Me Three Things!!
Yes, it’s the first book in a new series that was just released this month. So it’ll be quite awhile before the second book comes out.
I like the look of Tell Me Three Things…and also Before I Let Go. Enjoy your reading, and here’s MY WWW POST
Tell Me Three Things was definitely a great read! I’m interested in seeing what Before I Let Go is like. It has some mixed reviews.
Oh awesome! you’re finishing up The Raven Cycle, I’m curious as to your thoughts so I’ll check back…last book was my favorite lol. & OMG!!!! you finished The Cruel Prince, heading over to your review now…
Happy reading! 🙂
Finally getting back into the Raven Cycle! I read the first book January of last year, so it’s been over a year since I was in this world haha. THE CRUEL PRINCE, SO MUCH LOVE! 😀
Oh wow! I’m curious to see what your final thoughts will be lol. Cruel Prince is EVERYTHING! but teh wait for the sequel will be the death of me lol 🙂
I hope you will love The Dream Thieves by the time you’re done with it, it’s my favorite of the whole series, ahah 🙂 happy reading, Ashley 🙂
That’s awesome that the Dream Thieves is your favorite of the whole series. It’s starting to pick up for me, so that’s good. 🙂
I really want to read the Raven Cycle but I’ve just never gotten around to picking the first book up. Also, The Cruel Prince has turned out to be a huge hit! I’ve been seeing it everywhere these days!
It took me forever to finally pick up the first book in the Raven Cycle and then it took me forever to finally pick up the second book LOL! Hopefully you get around to reading it soon. The Raven Boys was pretty good first book. The Cruel Prince is definitely everywhere right now. I am glad I really loved it, because I don’t usually love hyped books for some reason.
I plan to start The Raven Cycle series this year at some point. I’ve heard good things about the series so I’ve got high hopes, even though it sounds like it might be a tad slow. Hope you enjoy all of your books!
I hope you enjoy the Raven Cycle when you get around to reading it. The first book was pretty good, but the second book started out slow. I’m a little over halfway through it now and it’s picking up. Thanks! 🙂
I’m so loving the Raven Cycle series and I cannot wait to read The Cruel Prince. This is a great WWW.
I’m happy to hear that you’re loving the Raven Cycle books! I’m hoping to have The Dream Thieves finished today. I hope you love The Cruel Prince when you get the chance to read it.
The Raven Cycle is so much fun! I hope you enjoy the rest of the series.
Thanks! 🙂 It’s pretty interesting so far, but the second book has been a slow start for me.
I’m also really bad about starting a series and not finishing it. That might make a good challenge for me… next year, haha. Happy reading and thanks for participating in WWW Wednesday!
I’ve noticed a lot of people are bad about this, so at least we don’t have to feel alone! Haha. Hopefully we both eventually catch up to those unfinished series!
THE CRUEL PRINCE shows up again. My link is https://idahobluebird50.com
I’ve been seeing The Cruel Prince everywhere as well! Thanks for linking me to your post.
I am happy to meet another book lover even if we read different kinds of books.
Yay for Tell Me Three Things! I absolutely adored that book (then again, I love her books in general). Good luck with The Raven Cycle! I’m hoping to follow your lead soon. Happy reading!
I am so happy I finally read Tell Me Three Things. It was so good! Thanks, I am hoping to finish The Dream Thieves today.
So glad you liked Tell Me Three Things. It features one of my favorite tropes. Have a wonderful reading week!
I think Tell Me Three Things will be one of my favorites this year. I love reading about people talking online and not knowing who each other/the person is. I don’t know why, lol. It’s always fun.
