Top Ten Series I’ve Been Meaning To Start But Haven’t
Hi!
The topic for this week is series that I’ve been meaning to start, but haven’t started yet. This list could seriously be endless! I’m going to go with the ones that I own, but haven’t started yet. If I went with the books that I don’t own, then it would FOR SURE be an endless list. I still own quite a bit of series that I haven’t started yet (or at least the first book in so many series). I don’t usually like buying all the books in series before I start them, just in case I end up not liking it. Lately I’ve also been trying to stay clear of buying any new books, so most of these on my list will be older series. ANYWAY…onto the books!

Truthwitch by Susan Dennard
I also want to read Victoria Schwab’s other books and Marie Lu’s other books as well. I own them too. I own way too many, haha. There really isn’t any excuse why I haven’t read these books since I own them, haha. It’s the result of buying way too many books and them getting buried at the end of the pile. I’m finding it harder lately to start a new series when I have other series I still need to finish. I start feeling guilty about starting a new one when I have so many unfinished ones to read, but I’m not in the mood to finish these other ones yet, sigh. The cycle is endless, so I read more standalones instead lately, LOL.

I keep on saying that I need to read To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before and well, any Jenny Han book. They sound so cute! I also want to read The Kiss of Deception and A Darker Shade of Magic.
Everyone seems to love Jenny Han’s books. I have The Summer I Turned Pretty too. Hopefully we’ll get to all of these books soon! 😀
The only one I have started reading from your list is Half Bad – awesome list, hope you get to them soon

I read To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before and really loved it. I haven’t read the other books in the series yet tho. I own Truthwitch and Six of Crows but haven’t gotten around to reading them yet. I really looking forward to it tho. Great list!

I just finished the final book in the To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before series by Jenny Han and absolutely adored it. If you like fluffy contemporary, then you are definitely in for a treat. I want to start A Darker Shade of Magic; I’ve been hearing so many amazing things about the series. I hope you enjoy all the book series! Happy reading! Here’s my Top Ten Tuesday!
I love fluffy contemporary, so I am excited about To All the Boys. Hopefully I’ll start that one soon. I have the first two books. I’ve also heard so many good things about A Darker Shade of Magic. Hopefully we both love it as much as everyone else! 😀
So many good ones Ashley! I too have way too many sitting on my shelves unread, I think it all started with me discovering Bookoutlet way back when LOL! I would LOVE to get to the Young Elites, Jenny Han, and Susan Dennards books. They’d be at the top of my TBR if I wasn’t buried under the crushing weight of my current reads *sobs* great list Ashley! ❤
Book Outlet was the worst thing to ever happen to me, haha. I actually just went SEVEN months without buying a single thing from them, but then today I decided to get some books since they are having a 15% off sale. BLEHHH! LOL. Hopefully we can both get to some of these series at some point this year haha. ❤

Truthwitch made my list as well, and I really liked Kiss Of Deception, Six Of Crows and To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before. I know I have a copy of one of Marie Lu’s books, but I can’t, for the life of me, remember which one it is. I really need to read her books. I hope you get to read at list some of the books on your list soon!

I love so many of these. To All the Boys is one of my very favorite contemporaries, Six of Crows has one of the best cast of characters, and Shades of Magic has awe-inspiring world-building. I hope you end up enjoying them as much as I.
I am so glad to hear that you love so many of these books! That’s a good sign that I have some great books to look forward to. I really enjoyed the Grisha trilogy, so I am definitely looking forward to Six of Crows. I just bought Crooked Kingdom yesterday, so I am stoked to hopefully start SoC soon! I think I’ll really love To All the Boys. I want to try to get to that one this summer as well.

I haven’t read Magnus Chase and Trials of Apollo yet cause I’ve been procrastinating reading Blood of Olympus for so long, lol. Six of Crows is absolutely amazing though. I hope you love it as much as I do!

The Shades of Magic books are awesome, as are the Magnus Chase books and Trials of Apollo books. I still need to read Six of Crows and Truthwitch. Half Bad is on my TBR but I’ve heard a lot of mixed things, so I’m not sure if I’ll still read it.
