I can’t wait for 2017, because there are so many books coming out that I am dying to get my hands on. It’s so hard to narrow it down to just ten books, but I did and here they are! All linked to their Goodreads page.

New Veronica Roth, DUH! I loved the Divergent series so much and I can’t wait to see what Roth has up her sleeves next. Carve the Mark also sounds really good. Caraval sounds so amazing and I have been dying to get my hands on it. I think The Hate U Give is going to be a very important book and I am dying to read it. I LOOOOOVED The Serpent King more than life and I need Goodbye Days, ASAP! I also really loved Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda and I can’t wait to check out Becky’s new book, The Upside of Unrequited.

New Barry Lyga, DUH! I am obsessed with his Jasper Dent (I Hunt Killers) series and I need to read ALL OF HIS BOOKS! I own them all, but haven’t gotten around to reading the other books he wrote…yet! But I know I will be snatching Bang up ASAP! I loved Zappia’s book Made You Up and I am so stoked to read her new book Eliza and Her Monsters. Renegade Red, ahhhhh! I can’t wait to read this one. You all know how much I LOVE Shattered Blue and with the crazy cliffhanger at the end, I am dying to read RR! Renegade Red also comes in three different book covers!! It’s gonna be so fun collecting them all. Another Dorothy Must Die book, yes please! I love Danielle’s DMD series and I can’t wait to get my hands on The End of Oz. And Umberland….first, the book cover is AMAZING! Second, Everland (the first book) was a steampunk retelling of Peter Pan and it was awesome. I am pretty sure Umberland is a Alice in Wonderland retelling and I am freaking stoked!

A steampunk retelling of Peter Pan? I’m not sure how I feel about that, but I think I need to pick it up! My TTT
I definitely recommend checking out Everland! I’ve never read a steampunk book before, but this one was really fun.
The only two steampunk books I can remember reading were both pretty good. Jacq of Spades was like this neo-victorian mystery with a female detective.
I’m so excited for The Upside of Unrequited. Simon was one of my favorite books of last year!

Awesome TTT Ashley! you have some really good ones I’m also looking forward to (entire 1st row lol), SUPER curious about Eliza and Her Monsters. So much so that I purchased Made You Up in ebook, planning on reading it before Eliza since I’ve heard only heard really good things about this author 🙂

I am so glad to hear that Becky’s need book is adorable and that you loved it! I can’t wait to read it, because Simon vs. was so good and I have complete faith in Becky that this new book will be just as awesome! Carve the Mark and Caraval are at the top of my list for 2017! I need them NOW! haha 🙂

The upside of unrequited is one of my most anticipated as well! Also I just added Eliza and Her Monsters to my TBR its sounds awesome, I still haven’t read Made You Up but its been on my TBR for ages so I’ll def get to it before her new books released. Great list!
