Hi 🙂

I don’t have a Friday Finds post for today, because sadly I haven’t really been adding any new books to my TBR. I’ve been trying to stay away from that, so I can focus on the books I already own. I do want to share pictures with you today though! 🙂 For those of you following me on Instagram, you may have seen these already.

The last picture post I did (which you can find over here), I was sharing some of the pictures that I took throughout the month of January for an Instagram monthly bookish themed photo a day challenge. Here is the second half of the January pictures I took and also a few of the ones for February, because I decided to do it again this month! Day 14: Inspirational Book (Dumplin’)
Day 15: Currently reading (Winger)
Day 16: Favorite fictional world (Harry Potter)

I loved Dumplin’ so much and there were quite a few things that hit close to home for me. At the time I was currently reading Winger and I am actually still reading it, lol. Slowly getting through it, but its good so far. I read the Harry Potter series for the first time last year and I fell in love with the world.

Day 18: Emotional book (The Knife of Never Letting Go)
Day 19: Relatable character (Cath & Levi from Fangirl)

For the colorful book covers I chose to use The Brilliant Light of Amber Sunrise, The Sword of Summer, A Tangle of Knots, and Everything, Everything. I love those book covers so much. Emotional book was without a doubt The Knife of Never Letting Go. That book had me a complete mess throughout the entire book. I decided to go with Cath and Levi from Fangirl for Relatable characters. I also got these cute bookmarks of them.

Day 20: Incomplete series (Shatter Me series, I only own two of them)
Day 21: Surprising book (Modern Romance)
Day 22: Book & music (November 9)

I am dying to read the Shatter Me series, but so far I only have the first two books in the series. I chose Modern Romance for the surprising book. I wasn’t sure what to expect from it, but it was great. November 9 and my iPod is pictured. Can’t wait to pick that one up soon!

Day 23: Book & handwriting (Personalized signed copy of Shattered Blue)

Day 25: Novellas (Bottom right corner)

Lauren the author of Shattered Blue signed my copy of book so I decided to use that as much book & handwriting topic. I have so many one word title books, but I decided to feature Passenger, Dumplin’, Mockingjay, Reawakend, Zeroes, and Tandem. For the novellas, I don’t own a lot of physical books of novellas, but I do have Fairest, Cruel Crown, and some of the Dorothy Must Die novellas. I’ll probably be grabbing the second novella book coming out soon with the other Dorothy Must Die novellas.

Day 26: Recently purchased (Blonde Eskimo)
Day 27: Book & bookmarks (Winger)
Day 28: Ditch that jacket (Top right corner)

I am so excited to read Blonde Eskimo and I’ll be able to get my copy signed when I meet Kristen in March when I go to California! I featured that one for my recently purchased topic. I have so many bookmarks, haha. They are all circled around Winger and I think I even forgot to include some, lol. For ditch the jacket I used Carry On, Dorothy Must Die, All the Bright Places, Catching Fire, and Passenger.

For the long title topic I decided to go with the Broken Heart series, because the titles are pretty ridiculous (in a good way). Book one: Broken Hearts, Fences, and Other Things to Mend. Book two: Revenge, Ice Cream, and Other Things Best Served Cold. You can check out my January book haul post over here and also my January wrap up post over here. The books on the shelf in my book haul picture are all the books I bought in January, oops! I didn’t finish Winger in January, but I still used it as part of the picture. I also listed it down below for my February book haul, because I am really hoping I finish it this month!

You can check out my February TBR post over here. I was only able to show some of the books that I hope to read in February, because one I don’t have yet and the other is an e-book. It’s pictured on the left with the TARDIS and 12th Doctor. I don’t have very many pink books, but the ones I did have were The Princess Diaries, Love Fortunes and Other Disasters, Broken Hearts, Fences, and Other Things to Mend, and Landline. For the books I want to reread I went with Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone, Red Queen, Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda, I Hunt Killers, Everything, Everything, and Dumplin’.

Day 4: Book boyfriend (Shattered Blue)
Day 5: Currently reading (Seven Ways We Lie)

I have so many book boyfriends, but one of my recent and favorites resides between the pages of the beautifully written Shattered Blue. I can’t say who it is though, because he’s part of a lot of crazy twists! Also, I love Dean Winchester so I included him in my picture. 😛 I am currently reading Seven Ways We Lie, but honestly, I’m so bored with it right now. I’m about 37% into it and just not feeling it right now. Hopefully I’ll have it finished by the end of the weekend.
