Friday Finds #30||Bookish Talk.

FRIDAY FINDS showcases the books you ‘found’ and added to your To Be Read (TBR) list… whether you found them online, or in a bookstore, or in the library — wherever! (they aren’t necessarily books you purchased). Hosted by A Daily Rhythm*All linked to Goodreads*

Hi 🙂

This week has felt like it was never-ending. It just dragged on and on. I am so excited that it’s Friday, because it’s a three day weekend! I just need to get through today and then I can catch up on sleep and maybe read some. I’ve been reading super slow this week, but I don’t mind it since I am trying to take a small break from the chaos of it all. I’m slumpish and not liking anything I read lately, so I think I am totally burned out and need a kind of break. I say “kind of break”, because I plan to still read, just not excessively.

Anyway, I am rambling, so here are the books that I added to my TBR this week. You can see more of my TBR list over on my Goodreads account over here and feel free to add me as a friend!

What books did you add to your TBR this week? Let me know in the comments and link me to your posts if you’ve done one! 🙂

Random Bookish Talk:
+ I am currently reading Queen Song, Shattered Blue, and Never Always Sometimes. To be honest though, most of my attention is on Shattered Blue right now.
+ I am currently listening to Bone Gap. To be honest though, I listened to thirty minutes of it yesterday and haven’t listened to it again. Maybe I will today.
+ I started coloring in my Secret Garden coloring book and I used the wrong orange, got annoyed, and I haven’t picked it up since. I am tempted to buy a new one, because I had big plans and ideas for that page.
IMG_1637 + I deleted 40 e-books from my Amazon account that I was pretty sure I would never read, but my e-book count is still insane.
+ Also, I’ve already bought eight e-books and it’s only the fourth day of September, sigh. I’m addicted.
+ Impatiently waiting for my copies of Vengeance Road and Everything, Everything to come in the mail! I NEED THEM NOW! They are supposed to be here Tuesday, I guess. 😦 I want to reread Everything, Everything!
+ I got a new bookshelf last weekend. I now have three and my new one is almost filled up too, sigh.

I think that’s all for this post, but feel free to check out some of my other ones that I’ve done recently. I’ll even link them down below for you, because it’s the nice thing to do. 😛

  1. I try to stay off Amazon as much as possible. If I do need to venture on for something, I make myself stay away from the Kindle section. It’s hard to resist some of those deals! I got Secret Garden and I love it so much. I’m just kind of winging it, but I understand the frustration if you use the wrong color in a certain spot. I colored the cover and found two mistakes in the printing towards the bottom and it upset me even though it wasn’t my fault! I need another bookshelf. I’ve got piles on the floor in front of mine, but I have no room for another! Everything, Everything was really cute and I hope you get it soon!

    • I find it so hard to stay off Amazon! I always find myself going on there at least a few times a day, lol!
I was so annoyed when I grabbed the wrong color orange! I hate making mistakes!
I had tons of books everywhere, so I am glad I was able to get another bookshelf.
I really enjoyed Everything, Everything and I want to reread it as soon as my copy gets here! 🙂

  2. Great finds! I should probably delete some of my Amazon kindle freebies too… I have too many books on my TBR pile as it is. 😉 And I love your new bookshelf! 😀
