I was tagged by the totally awesome Joey over at Thoughts and Afterthoughts to do the TBR Book Tag! I’ll just get right into it!

How do you keep track of your TBR pile?
+ Honestly, I don’t really keep track of it too much. I have all my books in a jar and then I have Goodreads. I have the standard “to-read” shelf and then I made another shelf with the books I really want to read for sure. Honestly though, I haven’t been using that shelf too much though lol. I’m always having to go through my books to move them later. I do have an Amazon wishlist created of the books that I really want to buy. That’s basically it though. I don’t really pay too much attention to keeping track other than these things. My TBR is constantly growing, so I don’t think I will ever be able to fully keep track.

Is your TBR mostly print or eBook?
+ Well, I don’t really know how to answer this lol! My TBR is HUGE and I don’t even own half of them! BUT…as far as the books I own that I want to read, it’s almost close to both. I have a little over 200 e-books and maybe a little less than 200 physical books.

How do you determine which book from your TBR to read next?
+ Choosing what to read next is so hard, to be honest! I have a book jar that I randomly choose books to read from sometimes. Or if I’m joining a read-along, book club, or read a book with someone then it’s usually those. I suck at deciding what I want to read next. I just own so many books and it’s so hard to pick, lol.

A book that’s been on your TBR list the longest?
+ MOST OF THEM? 😛 I think I would have to go with Cinder and The Darkest Minds. I’ve had those books on my list for a couple years now, lol. I think I will try to get to them this year though. Haha.

A book you recently added to your TBR?
+ The other day I recently added:
Am I Normal Yet? by Holly Bourne.
It sounds like a really good book, so I am really looking forward to read that one.

A book on your TBR strictly because of its beautiful cover?
+ I usually choose books to even consider adding to my TBR based on the book covers, lol. I am a sucker for a good book cover, so 9 out of 10 times I will read the description if I like the book cover. So sad, I know. I’m probably missing out on some amazing books doing this! A Thousand Pieces of You by Claudia Gray was definitely one of those books that I bought right away, because I love the cover. More proof of that is the fact that I still haven’t read it yet and I’ve had it for awhile now. lol.

A book on your TBR that you never plan on reading.
+ Awww…this is a mean question! A few weeks ago I actually went through my TBR list on Goodreads and deleted about 100 books that I probably will never read. Of course I can’t remember any of those, so let’s go back to Goodreads and look at my list again. I guess I will go with Thrall by Jennifer Quintenz. I’ve had this e-book for a few years and I never read it and I don’t think I will be reading it anytime soon. I mean, it sounds like a good book…but to be honest, I have so many other books I rather read.

An unpublished book on your TBR that you’re excited for?
+ OMG, I have so many. I will go with Vengeance Road by Erin Bowman though. I really can’t wait to get this book! I pre-ordered and can’t wait for my book to come in. I can’t wait to read it and hopefully fall madly in love with it, of course! Also, look how amazing the book cover is. I can’t wait to have this beauty in my possession. Super stoked! GIVE ME!!

A book on your TBR that everyone has read but you?
+ It seems like everyone has read The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern, except for me! I actually own the book too. Sigh. I will definitely be getting to this at some point this year though!

A book on your TBR that you’re dying to read?
+ I am dying to read Siege and Storm by Leigh Bardugo. I need to know what is happening next in the series! Shadow and Bone was so good, so I am excited and dying to read this one!

A book on your TBR that everyone recommends to you?
+ No one has really recommended many books to me. So tell me what book (or books) you think I should be reading! GO GO GO!

How many books are on your Goodreads TBR shelf?
+ With both of my to-read shelves combined over on Goodreads, I have 548 books on my TBR shelves! I also have a ton of books that I haven’t even added to Goodreads though. So maybe close to 600 books total. YIKES! So, has anyone figured out how to stop time yet? 😛
