Hi 🙂
I was nominated by Cintia @ Reflection of the Lights for the Sisterhood of the World Bloggers Award! I’ve already been nominated before, but I am always down to do it again! Thank you for nominating me Cintia! I love her blog, so you should totally go check it out! 🙂
The Questions:
1: What’s a popular book/series that you’re just not into?
+ We Were Liars by E. Lockhart. I know that SO many people loved this book so much, but I just did not like it at all. You can check out my review on this book over here.
2: How many books do you aim to read every month?
+ I don’t really have a set goal that I aim to read each month. Maybe 3-4 and that’s just books that I physically read. I listen to a lot of audiobooks throughout the month.
3: What’s the last book that you fell in love with? Do you remember the first?
+ The last book that I absolutely fell in love with was Game by Barry Lyga. It’s the sequel to I Hunt Killers. I’m not sure the exact first book, but the book that jumped started my love for reading again was The Hunger Games.
4: I like to read because…
+ It’s the perfect escape from the real world. I love being able to take myself away for a little while and live in another world. It’s nice to forget life for awhile and jump into someone else’s.
5: A place you would like to visit.
+ Non-bookish place, I would love to visit Washington DC. I am actually hoping to make this happen sometime next year! It’s definitely been one of the top places I want to visit.
6: Paperback vs hardback vs ebook. Why?
+ I love them all! I have different reasons why I like them all though. I prefer hardcovers, because I think they are prettier (lol) and you don’t risk bending the cover. Paperbacks I like because they are cheaper and if I know that I want to own a physical copy, but I don’t have the money for a hardcover, I will get a paperback. E-books I like because it’s convenient and cheap. I also prefer to buy e-books of books that I wouldn’t see myself wanting to actually spend the extra money for physical copies (or ugly book covers, but I want to read, I’ll just get e-books lol).
7: What do you like about YA?
+ Something I like about YA is that there are so many different worlds and it’s fun. There’s magic and monsters and for adults, it’s nice to go back to being a kid sometimes. I also feel like YA is more relatable to a lot of people as far as characters go and depending on the YA genre, the issues feel feel.
8: What do you dislike about YA?
+ Something I dislike about YA is that a lot of the books feel the same, just different character names and places. It can get boring reading the same type of story over and over again.
9: Favourite way of acquiring books (used bookstore, online, etc.)
+ ALL OF THE ABOVE?! 😛 I mostly order books on Amazon, because they are so much cheaper. It’s nice checking out used bookstores though and I do try to do that more as well.
10: Song you’re obsessed with right now.
+ I have so many songs that I am currently obsessed with. I’ll link you to a few songs that I love right now – the links will go to YouTube.
In Remission by The Menzingers.
Gold Rush by Knuckle Puck.
Evergreen by Knuckle Puck.
So stoked about the new Knuckle Puck album!
I’ve already done this tag a couple times in the past, so if you haven’t been nominated for this, then I NOMINATE YOU! You can answer these same questions, because they were really good questions! Link me to your posts if you choose to do it! 🙂

Random Update.
I hope you’re all having an awesome day! Bye! ❤
DC is beautiful. It’s best to visit in mid-Spring, if you can, when it’s cool and the Cherry Blossoms bloom and the city is littered with pink and white petals. Of course, if you suffer from serious allergies, you’ll be sneezing the entire time.
That is exactly when I want to go! I haven’t really had issues as far as allergies go, so I think I’ll be fine! 🙂
Well that’s good. I hope you have fun when you do go.
